Community Long Term Care (CLTC) is a Division of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Although CLTC's Central Office is located in Columbia at the DHHS headquarters (1801 Main Street), CLTC administers its home and community-based programs through Area Offices located throughout the state.

The CLTC Central Office may be reached at (803) 898-2590, and can provide general information about CLTC's programs and responsibilities. However, for information specific to a particular location (e.g., length of waiting lists, participating providers, etc.), you should contact the appropriate CLTC Area
